Anti-Cheat & Game Client Agreement
Last updated: 13 September 2026
The short version. The game you download includes an anti-cheat component. While you play, it looks at which programs are running on your PC and checks that the game's own files have not been tampered with, so that nobody races you with a bot or a modified client. It does not open, read or upload your personal files, it does not record your screen or what you type, and we never sell or trade anything it collects. By installing and running the game you give us permission to run these checks.
1. What you are agreeing to
1320 Legends V2 is a free online drag-racing game for Windows. To keep races fair for everyone, the downloadable game client ships with an anti-cheat component (the "Guard"). By downloading, installing or running the game you agree to this Agreement, to our Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install the game, or uninstall it.
2. What the anti-cheat does
- Checks the game itself. It verifies that the game executable and game assets match the versions we published, so modified clients can be detected.
- Looks at running programs. While the game is open it periodically reads the list of programs running on your PC and compares them against known cheat tools, macro tools and injectors. For each program it may record the program name, its file path, a cryptographic hash (fingerprint) of the program file, its window title and a short hint of how it was launched.
- Watches for injection. It notes any code module loaded into the game process that is not part of the game.
- Looks at input timing. To detect macros and bots it looks at the timing pattern of your inputs while the game window is focused. It does not record which keys you press or what you type; no key codes are stored or transmitted.
- Stays in touch with the server. It sends a periodic heartbeat so the server knows the anti-cheat is running alongside the game.
The anti-cheat is part of the game and works only while the game is open. Uninstalling the game removes it.
3. What we collect from your PC
- A hashed hardware identifier: a one-way fingerprint derived from your machine's hardware. We store the hash, not the underlying serial numbers, and we use it to tell machines apart, to link reports to your account and to enforce bans.
- Program information for software running while you play: names, file paths, file hashes, window titles and launch hints, as described above.
- Game integrity data: hashes of the game's own files and a list of modules loaded into the game.
- Input timing patterns while the game window is focused (never key codes or text).
- Connection and session data: your IP address, game client version and session identifiers.
4. What we do not do
- We do not open, read, copy or upload your documents, photos, downloads or any other personal files. The anti-cheat has no file browser; it only fingerprints the executable files of programs that are actually running.
- We do not take screenshots or record your screen, webcam or microphone.
- We do not log keystrokes, passwords, clipboard contents, chat in other apps, or browsing history.
- We do not sell, rent or trade anti-cheat data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling of any kind.
- We do not run in the background when the game is closed, and we do not install drivers or services that stay resident.
5. How we use it
Anti-cheat data is used for one purpose: keeping the game fair. Reports are checked automatically against known cheat tools and unusual patterns; anything flagged is reviewed by our staff before action is taken under the Terms of Service. Because the checks are automated, ordinary software you run alongside the game (streaming tools, overlays, launchers, browsers) will show up in the program list. Seeing a program is not an accusation; only known cheat tools and clear tampering lead to enforcement.
6. Who can see it
Only the people who run 1320 Legends V2 and moderate the game. Data lives on the servers of our hosting provider, who operates them for us and has no independent right to use the data. We may disclose records to law enforcement or a regulator if the law requires it. No one else receives it.
7. How long we keep it
- Raw anti-cheat reports are deleted automatically after 14 days.
- Sighting summaries (which program fingerprints have been seen on which hashed machine, and when they were first and last seen) are kept longer so repeat and evolving cheat tools can be recognised.
- Enforcement records (bans and the evidence behind them) are kept for as long as the ban needs to be enforced and to prevent ban evasion.
8. Your choices
- You can decline by not installing the game. There is no way to play with the anti-cheat disabled.
- Uninstalling the game removes the anti-cheat from your PC.
- You can ask what we hold about your machine or account, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on Discord. We may keep enforcement records where we have a legitimate interest in preventing ban evasion, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
If we change what the anti-cheat collects or how it works, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept it.
